Self-serve starts with a real 30-day trial — a card is required to start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Mid-market and Enterprise are sales-assisted; use the button on each tier above.
A note on how these tiers work
Self-serve has no seat minimum — start with a single user and add more as your team grows. Mid-market requires a minimum of 5 Full seats. Enterprise pricing starts at $79/user/month and is customized from there; it's the only tier that includes white-labeling, for organizations that want Contrayo running under their own brand rather than ours.
The prices above are billed annually — pay for the year up front and lock in that rate, which works out to two months free compared with paying monthly. Monthly billing is also available for teams that want the flexibility of paying as they go: $22.80/user/month for Self-serve, $58.80/user/month for Mid-market, and from $94.80/user/month for Enterprise.
You can switch some or all Full seats from annual to monthly billing. Moved seats start monthly right away, with no credit for the unused annual term. Seats you do not move stay on annual until the term ends. Annual plans renew automatically each year.
Occasional seats for people who only review, approve and sign
Not everyone in your organization needs to create or manage contracts. An Occasional seat is for people who only review, approve and sign, and it is priced below a Full seat: $5/user/month on Self-serve, $12 on Mid-market and from $20 on Enterprise, billed annually (or $6.00, $14.40 and from $24.00 billed monthly).
An Occasional seat can't hold edit, admin or billing capabilities; anyone who creates, routes, administers or manages billing needs a Full seat. Seat minimums count Full seats only, so Occasional seats never count toward the Mid-market minimum. People you invite to sign by an emailed link, such as a counterparty, are never seats and are not charged.
