Any authenticated member of your organization can view the four sections below — the same "day-to-day work" posture as the renewals worklist, not something gated behind an admin role or a higher tier. Every query is scoped to your own org's data only; nothing here is cross-tenant reporting. The one exception is the counterparty signing time figure below, which only organization admins see.
What the dashboard actually shows
Cycle time
How long a contract takes from creation until your organization's own approvals are complete, measured from the same step data the DoA engine uses to decide when a routing has genuinely cleared. Your own signature steps are not counted unless an organization admin turns on "Count our own signing in the cycle time", and a counterparty's signature never is. Overall stats plus a breakdown by contract type, slowest first, so the type that's actually dragging is visible at a glance.
Volume
Contract counts broken down by type and by status — the simplest of the four, and the fastest way to see where your org's contract activity is actually concentrated.
Approval bottlenecks
Which of your org's own approval steps are slowest, and which are stuck right now — two different, deliberately separate numbers. A step counts as "stuck" only once it's genuinely reachable, using the same eligibility check the DoA engine itself uses to decide what's actionable — not just anything still pending.See how the DoA engine decides what's reachable →
Renewal pipeline

Counterparty signing time, for admins
A fifth figure, shown to organization admins only, under the cycle time: how long counterparties take to sign once invited, from the moment the invitation is created to the moment the counterparty signs. It is kept separate from the cycle time and is never part of it.
What this dashboard doesn't do yet
No date-range filtering
Every metric covers your org's entire history (cycle time, bottlenecks) or entire current state (volume, renewal pipeline) — there's no "last 90 days" picker yet.
Org-wide only
Every number is computed across the whole organization — no per-user or per-business-unit breakdown today.
No AI involved
Every figure on this dashboard is a plain aggregate over real historical or current data — nothing here is summarized, forecast, or generated by a model.
